One of the beauties of Monroe, Louisiana is the fact that it sits between the Ouachita River and Bayou DeSiard. The Waterfront Grill, situated on Bayou DeSiard, is arguably Monroe’s best restaurant, and certainly my favorite, year in and year out. In more than ten visits, I have never had a bad meal there.Â
