Elizabeth’s Restaurant in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans is an amazing breakfast spot in a quiet neighborhood some distance from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter and Marigny. They serve more than breakfast of course, but they’re justifiably famous for their praline bacon.
