Atlanta rapper Extream Bling was one of a few artists from out of town who came to Memphis to perform at the Tate Street Block Party. He is signed to Clayton County-based Boss Squad Entertainment, and has been gaining some attention in recent months, having been co-signed by DJ Bigga Rankin in Jacksonville.
