While Robert Kimbrough was on stage, drummer Calvin Jackson, who was the late R. L. Burnsides’ son-in-law, and guitarist Little Joe Ayers (who first played with Junior Kimbrough) were enjoying the music sitting on a bench at the back of the stage area.
