Elizabeth’s Restaurant in the Bywater neighborhood of New Orleans is an amazing breakfast spot in a quiet neighborhood some distance from the hustle and bustle of the French Quarter and Marigny. They serve more than breakfast of course, but they’re justifiably famous for their praline bacon. Atlanta now has Another Broken Egg Cafe, which started in Mandeville, Louisiana near New Orleans, and is undoubtedly familiar to anyone who has been to Destin. There are now locations in Dallas, Shreveport, Baton Rouge and many other places in the south, and the food is always great.
