#CIAA in Downtown Charlotte on Saturday Afternoon

In the early afternoon, there was a brightening of the sky and a bit of sunshine, although the weather remained cold. #CIAA activities were everywhere in downtown Charlotte, with long lines waiting to get into parties and concerts, a heavy police presence, and traffic backups on most downtown streets.
