People call a neighborhood south of the Frisco tracks, east of Airways and north of I-240 the Third World, but this restaurant/club on Whitney Avenue near the old Harvester plant in Frayser is also called The Third World. As I recall, it used to be a country bar, but I doubt if it is now.
