I’ve been haunted by this duo ever since Leroy put me on it. This is a raw memphis soul group from the 70s titled “The Sweet & Innocent and The Memphis Mustangs”. Real shit. Far from the footsteps of Stax. I heard a story that these girls were 16 when they recorded the song “Cry Love” and now they can’t be found.
