Hip-Hop Showcase at the North Door (@ndaustin) @SXSW 2013

I had seen a lot of hip-hop artists milling around outside the North Door on Brushy Street while I was waiting in line at the Hipstamatic House, so I walked over there and inside. Unfortunately, while there was a fairly good-sized crowd outside on the patio, there was almost nobody inside. A DJ was spinning, but nobody was performing on stage, so apparently the showcase was between acts, with artists waiting for a crowd before performing. Sadly, I walked back out and further east, looking for a place to eat lunch.
